This training involves providing actual physical hands on work experience to individuals in the Center. This currently includes wood product production, refinishing, and craft item production. The aim of this program is to parallel the work world industry with expectation of punctuality, work ethic, and quality control. These values will be the foundation to transitioning into the regular work force for those interested in doing so. Skills like academics, computer training and social skill programming are also an integral part of the vocational training program. Staff support for this program is usually one staff to 12 participants. All participants have current assessments and program plans in place.
